On October 13, 2002, David appeared in an episode of the HBO series The Mind of the Married Man playing the role of Doug Nelson's father as Doug's parents celebrate their wedding anniversary. Taylor Nichols, who plays Doug Nelson, also appeared with David in Headless Body in Topless Bar. Unfortunately, he is not visible in any of the screen grabs below.
